The Taj

Like  the Statue of Liberty in the US, Big Ben in the UK, the Eiffel Tower I n France, the Taj Mahal is the national image for India. And appropriately so, it is both historic, grand in scale and beautiful in appearance. We get up early, 7AM to be there for first light. Perfect Light. Mists rising and pink light on the domes, is is mystical in the mists.  Although we consider ourselves on a spiritual pilgrimage we feel visiting this site fits perfectly into the journey. It is inspirational in its presence and it was a labor of love. All the superlatives one hears about the place are true. Our pictures and stories will be added to those of the countless visitors to this place.
